- The applicants must have a combined gross income at least (2.5) times the monthly rent amount.

- Credit Score 600 or better. (Each case will be studied on a case-by-case basis) If your credit score is a little low we can find solutions for you.

- No evictions,

- No Bankruptcy

- Deposit (1-2)
