- The applicants must have a combined gross income at least three (2.5) times the monthly rent amount.
- Credit Score 580 or better. (Each case will be studied on a case-by-case basis) If your credit score is a little low we can find solutions for you.
- W2 Income: Three full month of paystubs (most recent)
- 1099 Income / Self-employed : 4-6 Months of bank statements showing deposits (Most Recent)
- Retirement/Government/Investment/Other: Awards Letter or Statements
- Residential history as well as contact information for your rental references.
- No evictions or landlord tenant collections
- Deposit (1-2)
